I’ve taken my favorite healthy cheesecake and turned it into a pie! With a beautiful topping of fresh strawberries and blueberries, this makes the perfect 4th of July dessert (without wrecking your diet)! Plus, who can say no to chocolate, fruit AND cheesecake all at once?!
You may also choose to omit the crust altogether, and make your more traditional cheesecake versus a cheesecake pie, but i have to say the golden graham cracker crust really adds something special to this recipe. (Note: You’ll need to use a spingform pan if omitting the crust)
