Hey y’all, it’s fall! How did that happen?
In addition to the chilly weather, there’s one other glaring sign the season is changing. It’s that crazy time of the year when your newsfeed and Pinterest feeds explode with every possible pumpkin recipe under the sun.
Hopefully, you like Pumpkin. If not, that’s a bit unfortunate. Only a couple more months to go and you’ll be free from the pumpkin mania.
But in the case that you do like pumpkin, I’ve rounded up all of my delicious, healthy recipes for you! Hopefully, these will give you some good options for your Thanksgiving dinner and fall festivities.
Call me crazy, but I’m not a huge fan of pumpkin pie (it’s all about the Pecan Pie). I love the flavor of pumpkin, though, so I’ll usually make one of these recipes below instead.
