I have waited so long for a cookbook exactly like this! I am an ex-athlete, nutritionist, sugar addict, and a self-proclaimed health food glutton; needless to say, I love food! It has always been so difficult for me to find healthy, whole food recipes that actually TASTE GOOD until I discovered Mel Edmonds at ProShape Fitness! I have followed her recipes religiously because I am thoroughly satisfied with every single one, and now that she has released her book, I think it’s safe to say that a majority of the food that I make will come from this cookbook!
