“Trainer Critique Live” Monthly Feature

Hey guys! I have a pretty exciting announcement for everyone… I’m starting a new monthly blog feature, “Trainer Critique Live”.

Each month I’ll select a new exercise and you guys will be able to submit videos of yourself performing the exercise. I’ll be pairing with two top strength coaches, who will provide personal feedback on each of the two videos we select in real time.

This month I’m super excited to have Bret Contreras and Nick Tumminello on board!

This is an *amazing* opportunity to get your form critiqued by two industry leaders. AND, even if your video isn’t selected you’ll be able to watch Bret & Nick give live feedback on two entirely different submissions, which will provide you some great takeaways. If you dont know who they are, you need to check them out ASAP (details below)!

Requirements for submission:
– Submissions due by Feb 3
– This months exercise: Barbell Squat
– Try to get multiple views (front, back, side) of exercise in video.

– Upload video to dropbox & send an email with the format below to [email protected]

Body: (1) Your full name (2) dropbox link to video
