Trainer Critique Live, Episode 3- Featuring Cassandra Forsythe & Lee Boyce


Great news! After a bit of a hiatus (new website is finally up!), the third episode of the Trainer Critique Live is ready for you! This month Cassandra Forsythe & Lee Boyce are critiquing the bench press.

For those of you who are new to the series, the Trainer Critique Live is a monthly feature where my readers submit videos of themselves performing a selected exercise which changes every month. I bring on two top strength coaches who then critique the videos in “real time.” If your video is selected, it will be reviewed by both coaches, which not only provides you valuable feedback but the chance to have two entirely different sets of eyes on your form.

Regardless of whether you’re submitting a video or just watching, it’s a great way to learn the intricacies of each exercise, what the coaches are looking for and possible errors you may be making as a coach/athlete.

This month’s episode turned out great – you’ll learn a lot watching two very different athletes (one female, one male) receive feedback from Cassandra and Lee.
